How was everyone’s weekend? We always eat out on the weekend and I feel like it takes the next 5 days to get rid of the weight I gain from it (I know it’s water weight). Anyone else struggle with getting rid of too much sodium and carbs? What do you do that helps?
Weighed in at 151.4 this morning. 1.4 lbs to go to get to my 1st goal. Between breakfast and dinner, I only got in 700 calories. It’s a new week! Started walking on my treadmill again today. So far I’ve got 10 minutes in. 5% incline at 3.0mph. I’m going to do this 2 or 3 times a day (after each meal). I’ve got a lot of loose skin on my legs, trying to tone them up to see if it helps. Any other recommendations from you all?

Walked another 25 minutes on the treadmill. 2.8 mph at a 5% incline. 175 calories burned. Definitely worked up a sweat walking. It’s a new week! Time to get back on track from the weekend. Drunk a protein shake for breakfast followed by 25 minutes on the treadmill (2.8mph incline 5%). According to my treadmill I burned 166 calories. Had a salad for lunch. Gonna have a small serving of taco pasta for dinner. May walk for another 10 or 15 minutes…
