How was everyone’s weekend?

We always eat out on the weekend and I feel like it takes the next 5 days to get rid of the weight I gain from it (I know it’s water weight). Anyone else struggle with getting rid of too much sodium and carbs? What do you do that helps?

    I absolutely have this issue Gina! We don’t eat out much or get takeout often and that is fine with me. The sodium is always so much higher. I make sure I am hydrated throughout the day. If the legs and/or feel are swelling, then elevating the legs above the heart can help

    I had pizza for lunch yesterday and I feel your pain! I am finding it easier if I avoid it to many carbs and sodium even if I push water.
