Walked another 25 minutes on the treadmill. 2.8 mph at a 5% incline. 175 calories burned. Definitely worked up a sweat walking.

Been saving up some calories all week to go out and eat with a friend tomorrow. Something came up and she can’t go. 😔 on a good note tho, I weighed in at 150.4 today! My 1st goal is 150.

Fixed meatball subs for dinner. That and my lunch, I ended the day with under 1050 calories.
