Finally the weekend! I hope everyone has had a great week so far! Still on track with your weight loss journey?
Had some oatmeal for breakfast. Then walked for 25 minutes on my treadmill (21 minutes at 2.8 and the other 4 minutes for warm up and cool down at 2.0). I didn’t walk at an incline today tho. Just wasn’t feeling it, but glad I got that mile in. 110 calories burned (according to my treadmill).
We usually eat out on Fridays, so I’ll skip lunch today. It’ll probably be Chinese (usually our Friday night place to eat).
I don’t know about you all, but I miss the dashboard! Seems like there was more activity there.
