Still feeling great, stomach feels much lighter than before, when I used to binge eat all kinds of food.
I think people will tell me I'm not eating enough, but I can gage my own health. Not everyones bodies need to follow the societal norms. Maybe others think this is bad for me. But I feel much better, much healthier.0 -
3 topics closed by MFP staff - way to go - but a lot of constructive advice given on the last thread, i'd never heard of Leptins so reading up on that...
I'm in huge calorie deficit today - eaten 250 cals and burnt over 1,100 cals. Although will be climbing walls later. helps that I bring my food with me for the day so makes it harder to be tempted to eat anything else. Although it's always possible!
so how are you feeling today? massive weight change? although that'll probably be water.0 -
Some days I used to eat very very little, not because I was on a "diet" (never been on one in my life), not because I was ill - just because I didn't feel like it. I would sometimes go days eating very very little - BUT when my hunger did come back it would come back with a vengeance and I would then over eat. It never really bothered me at the time but since I've started eating healthier (and more frequently) I'm finding my portion sizes are smaller and I feel like I've got more energy all the time
After working out I'm always ravenous too.
How you feeling today? Any hungrier? (If you don't want your calories maybe I could eat yours for you)0
