I eat a mostly vegetarian diet, so I eat a lot of veggies all year long. What I do change is what veggies I tend to eat, tending toward in-season veggies. Summer is full of an amazing array of vegetable.0

My diet looks largely the same year-round; it’s my food budget that changes shape with the seasons.0

Yes, I tend to up the amount of vegetables and fruits I eat in the summer due to the abundant amount of fresh produce. I sometimes shop Farmer's markets that pop up every summer1

Like Charlie, we eat mostly the same. A few more fruits, and a lot more salad though.1

I'd say we tend to eat more fruit and veg in the summertime, but not by a great deal. We do enjoy the variety of local seasonal veggies that come available. We have a favorite vendor at the farmers market who always comes through with amazing greens, plus we've already enjoyed local asparagus, radishes, rhubarb, and strawberries. I'll have lettuce from my own (very little) garden in a short while. Yesterday I made a batch of carrot + coriander soup with fresh cilantro from my garden. This is definitely the most colorful time of year!0

I don't change my fruits/veggies that much season-to-season. It's nicer, however, when various items are fresher (or in-season).1
