Just wondering. It's a great way to build up strength/muscles and still lose weight. I personally have had a good experience. At 59 yrs old and 5'7", I ballooned up to 344 lbs after my wife died in 2022. Made changes on the 1 year anniversary of her death and now I am down to 256 and much stronger. Helped mentally and physically, especially if you suffer from ailing knees that prevent running or even walking as cardio.
I would really like to hear from others and their experiences.
