I'm down 2 pounds this week. I've (mostly) gone back to my personal plan and did a good job sticking with it except for a couple of "transgressions." Boredom eating remains a beast lurking under the surface that I have to continue to manage, apparently!
Unfortunately, I tried running again this week but very quickly had a return of pain in my calf that caused me to stop running about a mile in (and take the 1 mile walk-of-shame back home). I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm going to have to start thinking of trying to see a sports medicine doc at some point. I'm still riding the exercise bike while I take a break from running.
Overall, doing well, and just slightly above my personal target weight now and well below my WW goal weight.

I had a reasonable week, and I’m pleased with where I am - mostly - because both my Studio weight Thursday night and my 14 day daily average are within the Green Zone. Thursday's weight was exactly the same as last week's weigh-in, which I guess is the definition of maintaining. 🤷🏻♂️
Of course, it’s still a little higher than I want to be, which I guess is always true for all of us. I’ve curtailed some of the daily volatility a bit by considering the 14 day average, but my weight isn’t responding as quickly as it has in the past. Easy to blame increasing age, but it’s largely something that has happened in the past two months, and I didn’t age that fast. I need to take the advice I’ve sometimes given others and apply a little introspection to what has changed in my behavior, and I think that means looking at how well I’m tracking.3 -
Down 0.6. Still need to get down more.3

Down 3.5.
Happy, happy. I was working the program hard this week aiming for a course correction after a 3 week plateau.
In this current campaign, I'm down 12.1 pounds over a ten week span. I'm thrilled with that - reminding myself that the trend is my friend, lol.

I'm down 4.6 over two weeks.
Hip surgery recovery is moving along well. I still have a bit of pain and much numbness from the incision, but the arthritis pain seems to be gone. Yay! And in SUPER exciting news, I can put my left sock on by myself - - not easily, but still.
My eating was a bit "meh" this past week. I started tracking again yesterday. Between surgery fatigue and the heatwave, I have zero interest in cooking, so there's been a lot of pre-made meals and cobbling together of meals, and I think that will continue for the coming week. I find it better to track when I'm in this headspace.
Have a great weekend!

Glad you’re doing well from the surgery. 👍🏻2 -
Up 1.4 pounds this week. I’m still in what some might call the green zone, but I reverted to some bad habits this week that would cause big problems if they continue. Time to focus!2

I'm down 3 lbs this week. I'm down 4.2lbs since Monday as I was winding up a binge for a few days.
I decided Monday when I nearly hit my high threshold to begin cutting all carbs out that were the bad carbs for me for at least two weeks. This has in the past jump started me and helped my attitude by getting in a downhill start.
We'll see how things go but I'm expecting it to go well while watching portion control as I continue forward.2
