how many cals do I need to eat to lose?

My BMR is 1557 my TDEE is 2209
I exercise 4 hrs a week- not aerobic.cardio workouts but either strength training, pilates, or yoga. however, these are intense workouts, Im totally beat afterward.
I need to drop 20lbs.

Ive been eating around 2000cals /day but lost almost no weight doing that.

please advise
