Okay, technically, I finished a week and a half ago, but this is the first chance I've had to post my AW. Also, I've got my husband started on the program and I'm running it with him so I'm sort of "double running" now (After I meander along with him - I love him but he is SLOW - I run another 20 min at my own pace.)
Anyway, just wanted to say that IN NO WAY would I ever have thought I would be a runner. NO WAY I would ever have said I love running. NO WAY I could do this program ... BUT I DID.
Once hubby is through C25K, we're going to be doing Bridge to 10K together. Best of luck to everyone still doing it - YAY US!
