Please move me to support. I will miss the next few weigh ins and my exercise will be nonexistent due to the surgery. Thank you.

Went to a concert last night and tailgated in the parking lot. Brought subs and chips with us and I ate way too many chips - I think the salt contributed to my increase. Back at it today.

    Happy Friday!

@iLive2Walk ~ I see those steps increasing! Good for you. We will be in Vegas. Nothing super exciting, with the exception of our Sweepstakes Convention (I'm not sure if I shared it with this group). After the convention, just a little R&R, gambling, and Pool time!!! I may even catch up on reading Thinner This Year, or I may just find a real paper book to read by the pool. Someone mentioned Danielle Steele. I have not read one of her books in years!!!!

Strength or Intelligence? I'll take intelligence.
Funny - it reminds me of a story. I used to have two dogs (at the same time). Dudley a black lab and Yoda a puggle. Dudley was smart in many ways but didn't have the patience that Yoda did. I bought them both a treat toy where you had to flip it for the treat to come out. Yoda figured it out (intelligence). Dudley just bit through his (strength) :)

@lindamtuck2018 ~ Good Luck with your surgery.

What is your least favorite fruit?

I would have to say banana (they make me gag)

This is a toughy, I enjoy all fruits. Can't think of one that I dont ever want to eat. 🤔🤔

Another nice day in CT. My knee was a little sore from Thursday's workout (I did the cardio workout standing for the first time), so we took a shorter walk in the AM. But I felt better by the afternoon. Worked in the garden - it's one thing after another - now we have squash bugs on the zucchini. Sprayed, and picked off what we could find. I did see three small squash growing! 😁 Hopefully we'll have some fresh squash to eat this week. Picked four ripe grape tomatoes - Yum. Corn has some tassels started - I am doubtful that we will get any produce - but it's fun to look at. Made another batch of Arugula pesto that we are going to freeze (I have arugula coming out of my ears), and made Pesto Chicken for dinner which was quite tasty.
