I see you're on team Shape Shifters.
The July team chat discussion doesn't exist yet, but it will by Monday. So you'll post on that discussion on Monday July 1st, using a standard format something like this:

PW is Prior Weight, CW is current weight.

Yes, you are on team Shape Shifters. You will only reply under the discussion threads for that team. The link below is where you will go for your weigh in's on Mondays. But feel free to go there any day, and post your thoughts, struggles, victories, etc. Your teammates will also post and you can respond as well.
