What’s your plan for the 4th? Is your plan to be on plan, or do you plan to be indulgent?

4th? Not much. The 5th, well....... Our daughter is having the cookout then, and all bets are off. I'll probably eat way too much (which will include beef and desserts. Most of the sides I'll skip, as they will not be worthy of their points/calories.

We have minimal plans; it will just be the two of us. Burgers for dinner, and I suspect the farthest I’ll wander off plan is having blue cheese on my burger instead of fat free cheddar.

( procedure two days ago was successful, but I’m limiting activity.)

Couple of friends coming for dinner but we are having shrimp kabobs which should be pretty good choice. The sides and dessert I am less sure about!

We're going to our friends' house to watch our small-town parade, and maybe to another friends' house to watch another parade. I'm planning to be on-plan, and to avoid mindlessly snacking my way through the day. There may be a beer or two in my future though.

For me I'll be sticking pretty close to my plan. Will be wondering off with some baked beans. Plus
Baby back ribs, Baked beans, cole slaw.

    Staying around home.
