BDS: Day 1 Again

So, I’ve started the book several times and got as a far as choosing a coach and always stalled- I didn’t have anyone who I thought I could consistently contact. I was chatting with a friend about my frustration about gaining back and needed help. Basically, I’ve found my accountability coach, we’re restarting today. I’m using the book, and will post here daily too - or, that’s the plan😄
If you’d like to to join me too, company is always good, and I’m just planning to follow the days in the book to post.

Day 1 is getting to The Why: do you have 1 good reason or several? Is your why enough to carry you through 6 weeks of slow change?
- You can always adjust your why(s), but for day one, we need to write it somewhere and start reading it several times a day, and daily for the next 6 weeks.
- My why’s are to have normal range lab numbers, to try on clothes and not want to cry, to pass a mirror and not cringe, to do more physically and without pain
