I had weight loss surgery over a year ago and dropped almost 100 pounds, but I am struggling because my emotional eating is out of control. I have about another 100 pounds to go, I just can't seem to wrap my hands around any level of self-control or discipline. I am desperate. Hoping to make some connections here and build a support network.
