Hi, I'm Jrortega1912 and I am going to loose four pounds this month. My goals are:
1. Get as close to eight hours of sleep per night. I average six hours or less. Somewhere I heard if you don't get enough sleep, your body is in fight or flight mode and will hold on to your fat.
2. Write down every bite of food and drink.
3. Move it so I can loose it.
Thank you for sharing your goals and updates. I am getting lots of useful information that will help me with my Fresh Start.

    Yup, there's more an more research that associates lack of sleep with weight gain.
