Find a diet coach.
This doesn’t mean someone who is going to tell you what to eat, though for some it may be. It’s someone to check in with, at least weekly, to share all of the things you are working towards, the struggles and successes. They are a person who is going to support your journey. It can be anyone that you know, or a group here.

Sabotaging thoughts:
I’m embarrassed to share my details- if you’ve chosen a coach that you trust, they are not going to betray that trust, and they are there for those hard conversations, they help us to see the realities of our decisions beyond the thoughts we have
I can do this alone- if we could do this alone, we would already be successful
Did you remember to read your whys over the weekend? Did you sit to eat your meals? Did you give yourself credit for all of the skills and successes you had? Did you eat slowly and mindfully?
