    I have figured out an indoor, office building, routine. It was much easier in my previous two buildings. But, as they say, where there is a will there is a way.

    I found that helpful when I worked. It was a mental breakthrough when I realized that I could walk the stairs up past my floor for exercise, and take the elevator back down. So, I used to walk up to the tenth floor, and take the elevator down to four.

    (Because going down is harder on my knees than going up.)
