Choose an exercise program.
Find something you enjoy, that’s easy for you to complete consistently.
Gym, YouTube videos, walking, team sports, individual sports. Have a back up- just like eating plans, exercises can be changed. The only “rule” here is to make sure you complete 30 minutes at least 3 days a week.
The sabotaging thoughts can be: I’m out of shape- response the only way to get in shape is to start, not everyone has to be a major athlete to enjoy getting some exercise. People will see me, response and they’ll probably be happy for you doing something to become healthier, and there are plenty of places to exercise that people won’t see you
Did you read your whys? Did you sit to eat? Did you eat slowly and mindfully? Did you schedule your day to include exercise?
