    Day 1 :200 calories burned (vigorous stationary bike 30 mins)
     Day 2: 298 calories burned (jogging on the beach with my dog) 
    Day 3: 1226 calories burned (vigorous stationary bike 20 min, treadmill 30 mins, swimming 20 mins)
     Day 4: 1282 calories burned (victorious stationary bike 30 mins, circuit training with my trainer 60 mins) 
    Day 5: rest day ( not feeling good so unfortunately no work out for me today so hitting it hard tomorrow) 
    Day 6: 1832 calories burned (vigorous stationary bike 30 mins, les mills bodycombat 45 mins, softball 50 mins)
