new to T25

hi guys,

i started T25 yesterday and i loved the workout...i am doing the 5 day fast track so the calories are low, do i need to eat back the calories what i have burnt has yesterday i burnt 286 in 25 minutes.
i completed the 60 days insanity which again i loved but i got bored doing the round 2 so i purchased Asylum with the room that you need to do this correct i had to give up on this so T25 is going to be my new journey.
Being in the UK we dont get Shakeology so i am just using different protien shakes to subsitute this, any advice given will be greatly appreciated.
