How do you account for BF in your calorie intake tracking?

Do I add 300 to 500 calories to the original suggested intake on the app for loosing weight? Also shpuld I record BF as a workout of said extra calories?

    I was reading a handbook that said if you are exclusively breast-feeding is your add 500 cal to your suggested intake. If you’re partially breast-feeding, then it’s 300 cal. Which is what I did. So I added that To my regular intake because I don’t see any options to put that I’m a breast-feeding mom on this app. I’m just starting so I guess I’ll let you know the progress :)
