I'm down 1.2. I had a decent week, but there's room for improvement. I'd like to get back to the mindset I had early in the year which was that I didn't have to think about things too much. Eating well was just "easy" for some reason. Too bad we can't bottle that to use as needed. 😊

Down 1.4 lbs. Looking forward to an on plan week to maintain some momentum that's been lacking.

@steve0mania - it's nice to see you back on the run after the calf injury.

Down 1.2. Normal week. Indulged in dessert at picnic potluck. See my dietitian first time in two months on Monday, One thing that had been difficult is getting saturated fat consumption down to 5% of daily calories This is a recommendation from Cardiologists for those with heart disease

I'm up 1.2# since last week but am up 4.8# from yesterday. Go figure! The vagaries of daily weighing, I guess.

Doen a whopping 7.4 lbs this week. DW has m was gone from Wednesday through late tonight. I just got busy didn't eat any of the wrong things and didn't eat near what I usually eat over the last 7 days. IDK what's up really. I may gain back 3-4 lbs overnight. Just a bit crazy but I'm going to keep the volume down and no sweets.

Looks like congrats are due to just about everyone!

Emmie @whathapnd - I had a manage who used to say in similar circumstances that he was pleased, but not satisfied. I’ve always liked that phrase.

For me, it was a good week, since I ended up with both my Thursday studio weigh-in and my 14 day average in the Green Zone. I’m a little concerned, though, that the phrase “Green Zone” is triggered a green light for snacking. I’ve been doing more impulsive snacking lately, and while I’m not opposed to snacking, I am opposed to “impulsive”. Wondering if thinking of it as a letter or number or label might be a better idea. 🤷🏻‍♂️

In the meanwhile, as I stew over that I’m going to try to limit myself to not more than three snack things in the evening.

This coming week will be challenging. I’m spending three days with family, and the family association mentally is “eat vast quantities”. I won’t have much control over the food I put in my mouth, but I want to remember that I do have control of the quantity I put in my mouth, Stay tuned . . .

Maybe; not a bad idea. Yellow is the Danger Zone? Or is that Red, and if so,what is Yellow called? Maybe Red is the Problem Area?
