I'm exactly the same weight as last Friday. I guess that's ok. There was a long fast day this week, which means I overate at break-the-fast to "make up" for skipping breakfast and lunch (ha ha). All things told, though, I'm doing reasonable well with sticking to my plan, barring any unusual days (like a fast/break-the-fast).
I'm going to be traveling soon, so I may not be around so much. I will do my best to stick to my plan, but travel has always been more challenging for me. Being in a place where I have less control of my environment (such as food choices) is something I haven't quite figured out yet. After all, it's only been ~15 years of WW, right?

Up 1.4 pounds . This is the first major bump I have experienced since restarting my weight management program 6 months ago. What is especially concerning is that I am also above my self- imposed weight ceiling. I do not have a formal plan in place, like Charlie, for when I get into the "red zone" (what are you calling it now Charlie?). I know what to do to fix this, now I just have to do it.1

Up 1.0 I've been on a plateau for quite a while. I need to do some tweaks to lose more consistently.1

Up 1.4 lbs. Last week was a little bit of an odd ball week with a big loss. So I gave some of it up this week. Hopefully this week week be better.0

Good morning from cloudy, cool New Hampshire!
Pleased to report an overall successful three day family visit this week - six of seven food encounters were successfully managed. I’m in the Green Zone for my official weight and my fourteen day average.
We visited an olive oil store in the area, and sampled some oils and some balsamic vinegars. There is truth to the idea olive oil can help with satiety, I’ll just say. And the local brewery still had a very nice seasonal on tap, so that’s was enjoyed along with a four-pack to go. Lunch at the brewery was a bowl of their chili made with brisket and andouille sausage, which was possibly the best chili I’ve had.
My one episode of over-indulgence? The seasoned saltines that we brought to share, of all things. Those little devils are addicting (which explains why we don’t make them to keep in the house)!
But overall, my daily weight was one pound less going home than it was a week ago. I’ll take that as a positive.1
