Did the whole 30 for Aug. And loss 8 pounds 3" offmy waist and droped 2 sizes. Thinking that dairy is going to stay out of my diet and will have a little wine and good dark chocolate every once in awile. Gone forever grains, soy, beans, peanuts, and prossesed foods. I have 26 more pounds I would like to drop by the end of the year. Did anyone else do the whole 30 how did you do?

I did my first Whole30 (32 actually) from the end of July to August 29. I lost 4.8 pounds. My weight loss has really slowed, so that was double the usual rate since last spring-so great result imo. I was already ketogenic Primal for a year so it wasn't hard but it did allow me to see that I don't NEED dairy. I went down one size as well.
Interestingly, I have also lost a total of 66 pounds and need to lose at least 24 more. However, there is no way for me to lose that by the end of the year and that is not my goal. I hope to be down to around 150 by next summer.0 -
coming to the end of my second whole 30 but planning to just keep eating this way as I am trying to correct my leaky gut.
It's such a great thing and I feel SO much better but I am a work in progress with a long way to go.
I am not in it for weight loss but will be curious to see where I am in a couple of days.
It's amazing that 8lbs is 2 sizes down.I wish it was the same for me!
Congratulations on your success thus far0
