Getting started again

Hi All,

I am planning on starting a couch to 5 k again in September. I did this about 7 years ago and then with family obligations and covid complications I just stopped. I was never a great runner and always did walk / jog combos but still - when I was doing it I felt better so I want to give it a go again. I've lost a bit more weight lately and I need to now focus on toning and exercise as I head towards the end of my journey. Hoping I can do a 5 k before december - here in Canada it will be too cold and icy after that to even think about it before April (at least outside). Best of luck to all of you as well ;)
