Butter...Too much yuky stuff in Margerines.

"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spread. I use it sparingly, except on baked potatoes, and I do eat the skins.

Olive oil to replace butter. Negligible saturated fat compared to butter

I use a Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil for most things. For baking, I do use regular old unsalted butter. PAM is what’s used to “no stick” pans, and olive oil is used mostly for salad dressing.

I use everything but margarine just depends on the recipe!

I have olive oil in a Misto sprayer I use most the time. There is margarine in the fridge.
