Im not new to MFP but new to posting. I’m 71, have been into fitness and proper diet since my 20’s. Hadto quit doing heavy weights about 3 years ago. Trying to pick it up again. Tried a plan called Faster Way. Which while good for 3 months it was expensive. There is no better plan out there than MFP so I’m back here. Would like to see what everyone is doing for their clean meals!

I am trying so hard to avoid Chicken beef and pork, but my partner is a diehard meat eater. And I’m having trouble getting enough protein in. I aim for at least 100 grams a day. How do you do it?0

Hi, I’m new to this group but have been eating clean for many years. My hubby and I are plant based. We eat fish as our only protein that is not plant based. When we eat out we will sometimes have pizza with cheese. Plant based is defined as less than 10% from animal sources. Hubby will eat whatever his sister makes on holidays. I choose only side dishes on those days.0
