Good afternoon! Just got back from breakfast with my oldest daughter and then we went to Canadian Tire. I walked all round the store with no cart. That is big progress.
@Megan_smartiepants1970
Please increase my step goal to 3,500. I probably will raise it again week 2. My walking is progressing faster than I expected.

Weigh in day: wednesday
PW 194 (88 kg)
CW 194.4 (88,2 kg)
And it happened again 🙈 yesterday 1.1 lbs (0,5 kg) less on the scales 😆
Please send some positive vibes to get me back on my daily walks 🙏 The Step Challenge is not going well 😔 as I've had a lot of pain and issues with my legs and the weather was hot and too humid.. Keep going everyone 💪2 -

I see many posts about fitbits break down after a rather short time. After migration to Google and recent update(s) it doesn't work properly anymore (see comments in the Playstore an facebook), many complaints about the customer support and rumors about Google abandoning Fitbit in the near future..
It's a rather expensive purchase so maybe consider some other brand tracker?1 -

Maybe I will stay with my Apple Watch. I have had two instances where it sent a text message that was unintentional. Maybe if I call Apple they can tell me how to prevent this.2 -

Doesn’t that make you mad. I am sending you positive vibes. As a person with chronic pain, I built my walking up over time. I called them mini walks. Maybe you could try something like that. I did my mini walks in my apartment. I have a loop that I do. Don’t over do it. If the pain says stop, then stop. You don’t want to injury yourself or make the issue causing the pain to get worse.
Good luck!2 -
I think I pulled a muscle in my back. I have been warned not to do anything but rest today. We will see.
