I've had 2 dogs, a Boxer and a German Shepherd. My Boxer was my 1st love and I miss him! He was a great boy. I have a German Shepherd now and he's amazing. So sweet and full of energy and surprises!0 -

We had a mix of those two breeds when I was a kid. Her name was Princess and she went on to have puppies with another Husky. They were the cutest fluffballs.1 -

Weigh in day: wednesday
PW 194 (88 kg)
CW 194.4 (88,2 kg)
And it happened again 🙈 yesterday 1.1 lbs (0,5 kg) less on the scales 😆
Please send some positive vibes to get me back on my daily walks 🙏 The Step Challenge is not going well 😔 as I've had a lot of pain and issues with my legs and the weather was hot and too humid.. Keep going everyone 💪
Doesn’t that make you mad. I am sending you positive vibes. As a person with chronic pain, I built my walking up over time. I called them mini walks. Maybe you could try something like that. I did my mini walks in my apartment. I have a loop that I do. Don’t over do it. If the pain says stop, then stop. You don’t want to injury yourself or make the issue causing the pain to get worse.
Good luck!

Thank you 😃 That's a good idea, walks in the house 🤔 I do think I have to use my pedometer than also to register my steps as my tracker doesn't always count my steps in the house..0 -

I don’t know how I got 5k steps doing nothing. 🤷♀️ I have a doctors appointment later in the afternoon . I might try a walk after lunch.
Steps
September 1: 7,415
September 2: 5,162
September 3: 5,002

My favourite dog is a beagle. We have owned different types of dogs over the years but Molly really was special. I adoptee her at 13 years old. I only had her for 8 months. Poor Molly was given up by her owner who had her all her life. She had quite a few lumps on her but it didn’t bother me.
I fell in love and brought her home. If I was going to get a dog I think I would get another beagle.

lindamtuck2018 wrote: »Question for Fitbit users
I am considering going back to a Fitbit. What kind do you have and why do you like it?
I was a faithful Fitbit user for years. Unfortunately they don't last very long. In the past 5 years I had to replace mine at least 3 times. I loved the Community they had on their app/website so it was hard to make a change but I couldn't keep buying Fitbits every year. I made the switch to an Apple Watch and although it doesn't have all the data or community that Fitbit had, it does the job and I haven't had any issues with it.2 -

I think my magic number for steps must be at least 15,000/day consistently in order to see the scale budge. Luckily the weather has been good and I've been able to walk outside3 -
