A place to discuss things we have found that are helpful for making life easier as a disabled person.
First up:
Microwave egg bite maker.
Tonight my partner napped late and just wasn’t ready to make dinner. He usually has that job.
So I decided rather than pester him I’d check the fridge for what might be available for a quick dinner.
We had eggs and some stuff.
Then I remembered this egg bites maker I bought recently. Hadn’t tried it yet. Seemed like a good time.
I mixed up a dash of tomato soup, some wasabi for a kick, sliced cherry tomatoes, six eggs, and a little cheese.
Two minutes in the microwave. The six eggs were enough for 12 egg bites! So the guys will enjoy them for breakfast tomorrow.
Tonight they had egg bites burgers with a side of salad, and a snack pack pudding for dessert.
Took me maybe 10 minutes start to serving.
Very easy to use, even with my balance disorder.
10/10 great little gadget.
