We eat them about once a week. Yummy, and good for you. I wrap whole potatoes in paper towels, and nuke them about 10 min. They can easily be re-warmed by giving them an additional 5 min immediately before serving.1

Interesting. I’ve not included sweet potatoes in my pattern of eating because, the one time I tried to use them, I found they had the density of a rock. I think I dulled my knife trying to cut it! That one experience put them in the “why bother?” food group for me, I’m afraid. 🤷🏻♂️1

How did you prepare them? I don't remember every having this issue. I usually bake them for about an hour, and they are fine. I am going to try Al's technique.1 -
