How much is "don't eat that much"? and are you burning ~ 6000 calories per week? (making sure I am reading the above correctly).
How long has this been going on?
I can't see your diary, so I don't know how much and what you ARE eating, so the following info is being thrown into a vaccum, and maybe you already know this .... :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
With the above disclaimer in mind .....
You may have tricked your body into thinking "there is a famine out there" if your calorie intake is tooooooo much in deficit compared to your activity level, and your body DOES need time to rest / recover between major workout bouts.
The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head (and it is related) is "Don't mistake total calorie intake for high density nutrition intake." For example, the 160 calories from a serving of greek yoghurt and a small apple (for example) do far more for you than the same 160 calories from a serving and a half of a "100 calorie snack portion" of mini-cookies or other "pre-packaged diet bar" type thing.
I don't know all the metabolic ins and outs, but I DO know that a good source for information is the MFP group "Eat more to weigh less" I suggest you start with them.

As for the exercise .... Is there a professional you have access to (like a trainer at your gym or whatever) who could make sure you are "working smart", not just working out hard? Same with the food log - any access to a professional who could reveiw your food logs and make sure you are "eating smart"? (you can put a pass-word on your MFP log, so that only you and the reviewer can see it, or else print it out for him / her if you don't want to open it to even "MFP Friends only" viewing.
I am no professional (not even close!) on either issue, but I know enough to know what I don't know, and how to look for resources that could guide me.
Good luck on your hunt.0
