Anyone here in the Gluten-Free Vegan group in 2024?

Hello,
I'm a gluten-free vegan. I'm not really strict about the vegan part, sometimes an egg slips into my diet. It's really hard to be strict about it when you live with others that aren't vegan. I've been gluten free since discovering that my nasal polyps disappeared after going gluten free and I was able to discontinue a daily medication for my sinuses.
I see that the most recent post on here is 2018? so I'm wondering if there's still some folks around that monitor this group. If so, please respond and let's get a discussion going.
