Trying to loose weight

Hello I’m new to the group I’m very frustrated I’m eating right and doing 30 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week and last week I lost 2 lbs this week I gain 1 pound back I’m so upset and feel like giving up I’m 53

    Remember water weight will go up and down. I find that watching saturated fat and logging my food is key. Track your fat and calories and you will learn a lot about your intake.
