Remember water weight will go up and down. I find that watching saturated fat and logging my food is key. Track your fat and calories and you will learn a lot about your intake.1

Aww it's so hard isn't it. I've been struggling for years. I've recently got help from a dietician and nutrition health coach. I've educated myself and found out our body flutuates constantly being a woman.
Hormones, stress, poor sleep, intense cardio exercise or even a salty meal can all show changes on the scales that aren't true fat gain just water retention or inflammation.
My point is don't let those pesky scales bring you down. Each day is a new day, it takes time to make new habits and to educate ourselves in nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Stick at it, you got this. I believe in you!

Hopefully your efforts are making you feel great—even though the weight loss is coming along slowly. Sometimes we let the number on the scales determine how we feel when we should instead be focusing on how great we feel physically! Keep at it. Your body is thanking you!!

I have found that my nutritionist is a huge help and covered by insurance. I also found logging my foods helped me look for a pattern. My weight fluctuates constantly. I'm trying a new approach and concentrating on the health benefits this time instead of the scale. It's always hard but it will get better and I know you can do this. I'm here for you.
