Chunky Peanut butter (quite a lot) on a cinnamon raisin mini bagel. Yum! About 200-300 calories, depending how much PB I use. ;)

I do like chunky PB, but my go to is some form of burrito/wrap.

Easy to throw together. Easy to control the contents. Easy to hold in my hands as I do whatever I have to do.

Peanut butter and banana on whole wheat toast. I buy the industrial size jar of Adams peanut butter from Costco. This is more of a snack than a meal, but it does satisfy me until the next meal.

Wow - and I don’t dare have peanut butter in the house!

For me, a quick meal would be some form of breakfast - eggs, or yogurt or such.

peanut Butter is like kryptonite for me, I cannot keep a jar in the house if I want to control snacking so an egg is probably my safest go to

My wife can't keep peanut butter around. I can't keep ice cream around. I get it.

Great minds think alike! Crunchy pb on either a slice of gluten free bread or a Trader Joe's gf Norwegian crisp bread. It's between 260 - 355 calories depending on which I use and whether I add a bit of jam.

Probably one of the worst items to grab in a hurry. 100% all beef hot dogs. Sometimes at home a lot of times I'm running wide open. We have here in Metro Atlanta a gas and food station called quik trip. They keep fresh hot dogs going all the time or some type of quick sandwhich or wrap. Then I'm back on the run. (Not on two legs either.) That would be on all 4 wheels.

    Gotta slow own.
