    I need to get better organized, things are a bit willy-nilly in my house. Need to clear the decks of distractions so I can focus properly and make better time management decisions. It's a process.... I CAN DO THIS!!! Have a great day everyone B)

    I’ll be tracking all my pass days this month & hope to have less next month. I plan to start exercising.

    It was tricky today I had a huge energy dip late arvo but I still took myself and my two dogs out for a waddle through the spring flowers to get in my movement 🌸
    Way to go @PaisleyFlower 🌸 Those moments, when you decide to do just a little more than you think you have in you... that's where the magic happens! I hope the three of you enjoyed your impromptu spring flower waddle ;)

    @cmoak54 This looks like an October Champion in the making! Proud of you for getting it done under difficult circumstances. I hope today is a less "exciting" day for you both, and that your DH is ok. Be sure to eat enough today so you have enough fuel in the tank :)

    @takinitalloff Doing ok. Thanks for caring!
    We were told by Urgent care that DH has cellulitis in his leg, (because they had to put a name on it) but they are not really sure what caused it. His leg has 3 large red sores above his ankle and his leg/foot swelled up to almost double its normal size. They did an ultrasound to check for any blockages and lots of bloodwork and those were both good, so he is on antibiotics, blood thinners, a steroid and has to go see his regular Dr. next week. He has had a rough couple years health wise so he's not a happy camper that something else has gone wrong. He has T2 diabetes and poor circulation already in that leg from a vein removal for a heart bypass several years ago, so it is being watched carefully.

    No, p2 of 3 used. We had late unexpected stuff, threw off the day.
