Trying to balance out my daily eating patterns. Cravings are a good thing 😋. Being able to enjoy food and not feel bad about it is great. Flavor, texture and appearance 😋. Oils, butters, sugars🫣..
Today I was Craving fried chicken wings, after eat a whole roll of layered biscuits yesterday. I feel good about it. I haven't had fried chicken or biscuits in forever 🤔. Enjoy what you eat. Just live to eat another day.🤣
