Today's Topic: Eating out @ restuarants. I feel sure that prices are up throughout the country. Do you eat out often? And are you ever concerned what's in the foods like chemical wise? or the ingredients they use?

We only go "out" to eat once or twice a year. Partly for the price, and partly what I order (filet mignon) size, points/calories, etc.
No real concerns about chemicals. At my age, I've had them all in my system, and that's what's holding me together.1 -
Prices at restaurants are through the roof. Starbucks should change its name to Tenbucks! I avoid most ultraprocessed food with their unpronounceable chemicals.0

We eat out fairly often - probably four times a week most weeks. Like Al, I’m not overly concerned about chemicals. We generally go to a fairly fixed rotation of places, and at least two of them are “scratch-made” kitchens. I try to stay with things that are fewer point/calories but that are still pleasurable. The closest I come to fast food (which is where I’d expect to find chemicals) is a weekly takeout from the local pizzeria.
Eating out is my contribution to keeping the economy afloat . . . 😉0
