My initial impression- you pay dearly for straying from the zero point list.
Not sure my old system of eating every available point but not tracking activity is going to work. Going to do what I used to do when I started and storyboard my coming week. See where I can make some modifications to shave some points.

Zero point foods are the key0

Well, good for you.
The interesting thing about WW is that it’s a framework rather than a set of rules. Everybody makes choices and follows an approach that works for them. There are people who use zero point foods (ZPF) as the central feature of their meals, and others for whom ZPF is just one option or tool.
For me, it’s a balance between what I want and what I can afford. If I have chicken or fish instead of a burger, I can have more of something else. I can choose to have Halo Top ice cream instead of Ben & Jerry's and save fifty points per pint. I can have fat free cheese on a sandwich where it’s not a feature, and have full fat cheese as a snack.

Good luck, George. Three weeks in on diligently tracking, and I'd still only give myself a score of 5 on a 10-point scale for the skill of "scanning the week and determining where I can save/splurge." I agree with Brian that's critical for long-term success. But this week was better than last week, so hopefully those dormant skills are coming back to life.1
