As some may or may not remember, I had a really bad bout of vertigo in 2021. So, balance is very important to me. These some good exercises to help with that.

I do most of these balance exercises and find them very helpful0

I haven’t reviewed these, because I do a set of stretching and strengthening exercises for my lower extremities that are basically what I got from PT. In terms of balance, though, Tai Chi twice a week is helpful to me.0
