Both Monday and Tuesday hitting over 15,000 steps. Monday I worked a shift in a & e, pushing beds to ct & then using the old wheelchair taking a patient from one side of the hospital to the other up a steep hill. I managed it without slowing down (surprised myself) very nice patient & relative.

Aim for tomorrow is to do some kind of exercise after work.

Made it back to work today and tonight, I'm exhausted...did a little walking today, but nowhere near my goal. Gotta see what I can do in little snippets tonight. I think my extra is "breathing" and staying hydrated...I know...pitiful!

I like what you guys are doing...topping your stats from last week...that's awesome! I'm still trying to get over whatever this latest thing was that I had and get my strength back. Forcing myself to walk in smaller bits just to hit my step goal, but not sure I'll be able to do it today. Worked a little late, came home and did a little cleaning and got trash ready to go out in the morning. I'm just exhausted again...heading to bed soon...gotta walk for a bit, but it will only be inside...hope everyone stays safe if you're affected by Hurricane Milton. Prayers coming your way!!

I missed this week's challenge. it's a great challenge too. would like to see this as a repeat. I started a new job this past Sunday. I work overnights. I'm still managing to get my 5000 steps in every day. I've not been exercising much. Working on getting my work/sleep pattern down. Hopefully next week I'll be back to normal as of exercising and getting in my steps.

Still holding on to this stupid dry cough I have from a few weeks of yuck...but I'm pushing myself every day, to walk at work, to come home and walk inside in little pieces just to hit my step goal each day...for feeling so run down, I think I've been doing quite well, if I do say so myself...here are my steps from Sun through Wed:

@jessicakrall I hope you're feeling better after being sick and that your cough clears up soon. Take care xx

@alleykat69 I agree, this would be a good challenge to return to.

Well done everyone on getting more than before 👏🏼
