I went to a zumba sentao class this morning!!! haven't been to this class in a few weeks and it felt great. A lot of squats and lunches and ab work. and oh my shoulders burn. such an all around great class. Some don't like it as well as regular zumba but I like that it adds a strength training aspect in. Im all about gaining lean body mass :) that allows me to eat more :) haha
