I am going to do a hybrid of t25 and turbo fire beachbody programs. What are you doing or what have you done in the past?
I GAVE MYSELF A MINI CHALLENGE THIS WEEK TO TAKE IN MORE WATER AND GET EVERY ROCKIN BODY WORKOUT DONE. I AM LOVIN THE ROCKIN BODY BECAUSE OF THE DANCING AND CARDIO IT GIVES ME. BEFORE YOU REALIZE YOU ARE TIRED ITS DONE AND YOU WANT TO DANCE SOME MORE :wink:
I went to a zumba sentao class this morning!!! haven't been to this class in a few weeks and it felt great. A lot of squats and lunches and ab work. and oh my shoulders burn. such an all around great class. Some don't like it as well as regular zumba but I like that it adds a strength training aspect in. I did an hour of turbo kick this morning. Our old instructor who moved a few months ago came back and subs for us. She just filmed the next turbo sport 6 routine (yeah she is a big wig) and taught it to us. Its not even available anywhere yet. We were all excited for her return and motivated to prove her we could keep up.…
I did an hour of piyo today and it was a great class.. im going to feel it tomorrow. A lot of squats.
