Or you could just buy some no carb bbq sauce from Walden Farms

I've made a few BBQ type sauces by using tomato paste (and water) and spices and oil.

Make these sauces in a sauce pan on low heat:

    Sesame BBQ is our favorite:

    1 large container tomato paste
    2 Tbsp sesame oil
    1/2 c soy sauce
    2 Tbsp prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp vinegar
    1 Tbsp grated ginger root
    2 tsp garlic, minced
    1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
Add water to consistancy that you want.

    Or this:

    1 container tomato paste
    2 T olive oil
    2 T paprika
    2 T chili powder
    2 T mustard
    2 T vinegar
    Garlic, minced
    Salt to taste
Add water to consistancy that you want.

And if you really don't want the tomato sauce carbs, then you can just make a paprika paste with oil and spices. Smear onto chicken, and bake or BBQ.

I'd go to Whole Foods or another decent grocery store and just read through the labels of all of their BBQ sauces. I found one that had just 1 carb per TBSP and the ingredients were all natural, no sugar or artificial weirdness.
