I'm on week #5 of not weighing. I had a decent week, but someone dropped a delicious cake off to us yesterday, and I ate more of that than planned but much less than I would have had I not been tracking. We're heading out of town later today for the first of three weekends in a row involving gathering with friends and family. I think this weekend will be the easiest to navigate. My plan is to supply enjoyable low calorie options to the appetizers and to not over-indulge on the main meal. Alcohol should be easier to avoid/limit this weekend than on the upcoming ones.

I've been so focused recently on the negative of my stalling weight loss since the spring that I'd forgotten I'd lost about 17 pounds in the early part of the year. Being able to easily zip my winter coat the other night was a happy reminder.

    Have a great weekend!

Down 0.4 pounds for the week. I'll take that.

Down 1.6#. See saw is on the down this week. Still at least 6# from Goal, and 15-20 from where I WISH to be.

I'm way up, and not sure why. We're talking +3 lbs since Monday, on a week where I've felt pretty good about my intake. Grrrr.

I weighed in last week at the top of the Yellow Zone, with my 14 day daily average still in Red after three weeks with poorer choices. Still Yellow and Red respectively this week, but further down for both. That’s a good result.

I’m on day one of a six day 2000 mile road trip - four days driving, and two days in Charleston SC visiting family. Today, we ate lunch at BJ's Restaurant and Brewery, and I did NOT have a pizookie! I ended the day at a Capital Ale House in Fredericksburg VA, and stayed within the healthy eating range for the day.
