I'm on week #6 of not weighing. On a positive note this week, I ate more vegetables. On the negative side, I got a little sloppy with my tracking in that I didn't do it in real time for a couple of days when I was out of town, so I had to try to remember everything. I tried hard to be accurate. My average calorie count is a bit higher this week but still in a deficit. We're heading out of town again this weekend and then again mid-week. I plan to not make the same mistake. I'd like to get my average daily calorie count lower this week, but with back to back trips this week, it will be hard. But wait . . . I can do hard things. 😊

Down 1.6 - an expected adjustment after last week's unexpected gain. I had a good week of tracking, and managed to string together a few days under my calorie target. Now do it some more!1

Down 1.0 pound this week. I rallied after being up a little early in the week. Isn't maintenance fun?2

Down 4 lbs this week, thanks to the Colonoscopy Prep liquid diet. This is, of course, a false loss. It looks good on the scale though, so I'll pretend it's real.2
