Hi

Hi I'm Amanda. I'm vegan and trying to lose weight. I have a bad sweet tooth and a history of Vitamin D deficiency and B12 deficiency. Don't worry; I am taking vegan supplements. I have also struggled with obesity off and on since I was 10 so I am no stranger to dieting and exercise. I am trying to lose in a healthy way and not set super ambitious goals... I started MFP at 288.8 lbs and my first weight loss goal is 190 lbs. I would usually start a goal weight of 180 or 175(maximum healthy weight for my height according to the GP).

    Hi Amanda, I’m also vegan and have been for four years. I’ve been looking for a vegan group on MFP and found you this morning. How are you doing? Hopefully you’ll see my post. I use MFP ad also use Alexandra Anderssons app fivesechealth for recipes. I love her app because 1) great recipes 2) you can copy recipes into a meal plan 3) generate a grocery list. Any way would love to start a challenge with you if you’re interested,

    Hi I'm interested. Is the app free? Are the recipes expensive? I'm on a limited budget. If there are no issues with either, I'd definitely be interested in starting a challenge.

    P.P.S.- Been doing vegan keto dinners and that seems to be working well so far... Discovered I like kelp noodles and King Oyster mushrooms
