I'm up 1.4 pounds over the past 2.5 months (before Israel to after Israel). Not bad, all things considered. Now I'm just working to get back to my old patterns of eating, and (as usual) working off the last few pounds to get back to my personal target weight.

Plus 1.4 pounds for the last two weeks. I'm at the very top of my target range.2

Down 3.4# from last Friday. Still above goal. TOL is also up (although below goal), so we're looking at portions, snacks, etc.3

Up1.6 lbs from last Friday. Continuing to work mentally on weight loss.1

Continuing the trend of this group, I was up a pound from last week’s official weigh-in, and remain in the Red zone. I was down a pound, but dinner out the night before weighing caused a two pound swing. So, some of this is timing and some is choices.0

I'm on week #8 of not weighing. I had planned to go to a WW studio early this morning, but I hit snooze instead.
I've been out of town a lot the past few weekends, mainly for fun stuff, and I've gotten lazy in my tracking. I don't think I've caused a lot of damage, and I've definitely been mindful/haven't eaten as much as I would like to eat, but I also don't think I've lost weight the past few weeks. A couple of friends commented on my weight loss last weekend, but we hadn't been together since 2023, so they could be seeing my early 2024 efforts.
I'm happily planning to reign things in again starting this weekend. Nothing crazy, but definitely trying to stay in my stated calorie range.3 -
