KETO RECIPE Microwave almond chocolate chip cake in a mug

HALF SERVE CALORIES: 519 cals
Estimated Per Serving: 9g carbs; 45g fat; 18g protein; 4g fibre; 4g sugar

INGREDIENTS
1 large coffee mug (I used a 10cm high sided glass bowl)
4 tablespoons of almond meal
3 micro scoops of 100% pure stevia
1 tablespoon of linseeds/flaxseeds
1 tablespoon of whey powder
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (I used organic crunchy)
¼ teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of olive oil
8 squares of 85% dark chocolate (I like BIG chunks of chocolate)
3 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk

METHOD
Simply place all the ingredients into your mug (or glass bowl) and mix well.

Because the coconut oil was thick, I used a knife and sliced it through all the ingredients to loosen it up. Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes in a 10000w microwave

BEWARE!! Put a plate underneath your mug or bowl – it may spill over. I prefer to eat it warm, but it's still yummy cooled

Can serve 2 if you can stand to share. I can't taste the peanut butter.
